Hours of Operation

Both our New Jersey locations and our New York location are open Monday – Friday from 6am – 3pm, and Saturday from 6am – 11am (Eastern Time).

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

Ordering Flowers & Floral Supplies

Main Wholesale Florist sells to florists, floral designers, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, party and wedding planners and more. Orders can be placed online, by phone or by visiting our Hawthorne, New York, Clifton, New Jersey or Pennsauken, New Jersey locations.

A valid state-issued tax ID or resale certificate is required.

Delivery Options

Main Wholesale Florist operates a direct delivery area covering southern New York & NYC, northern and southwestern New Jersey, lower Connecticut, southeast PA and Philadelphia, and northen Delware . View a full listing of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Connecticut counties served by Main Wholesale Florist direct delivery. Direct delivery orders placed by 8:00 a.m. will be available for delivery the same day.

Main Wholesale Florist customers outside its direct delivery area within the continental US are served by MWF Flowers Express featuring next-day delivery via UPS. MWF Flowers Express orders placed by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the following day.

Purchasing Options & Payment Terms

Main Wholesale Florist offers clients a variety of purchasing options, including standing orders, weekly specials, holiday pre-book orders, Holland Direct, and box discounts.

For direct delivery customers, Main Wholesale Florist accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit accounts can be established for monthly billing accounts.

For MWF Flowers Express customers, Main Wholesale Florist accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Please note that a 3% service charge will be incurred on credit card payments. Debit card payments have no charge.
