Known for their vibrantly warm colors, marigolds are an excellent choice when making arrangements this summer. These showy blooms add a pop of color, durability in arrangements and centerpieces. Marigolds, with their intense color and compact ruffled petals, look like abstract paintings of the sun which make them a perfect summer flower.
Importantly, marigolds also hold a lot of symbolism and cultural relevance. They symbolize passion and warmth and are a staple in Mexican culture as they are said to lead souls from their burial place to their family homes on the Day of the Dead.
Our marigold this season are grown locally in New Jersey.
